Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Hugh Elgie can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

"Hugh"

I too shared your gene pool and loosing a Coburn (haha had to edit the correct spelling as it contains a blocked word in its spelling) cousin so young saddens me. Your mom was my namesake and my favorite aunt. I love that you took care of her to the end. She had a great sense of humor which I saw in you. I remember bringing Amanda up there as a wee one and you entertained her for hours with her Water baby doll. You were 28, her age now. I always thought you'd make a great father and we did try to get you down to the US to find a nice girl and settle closer to us. The last two trips up to Canada were made so special with you as host and you as our guide. Your special humor and huge heart will be how we remember you. Please give my love to your mum and dad, all our aunts and uncles and to my mom...till we meet again in heaven.Love, cousin Jeannie
