Hudson Theodore Post was born sleeping on Tuesday November 24, 2020 at Guelph General Hospital.
Beloved sixth child of Josh and Gail Post; Brother to Kendra, Jacob, Ezra, Claire and Nora; Grandson to John and Ena Post and John and Margaret Schoon.
It is with heavy hearts that we honour and say goodbye to our precious baby boy. We take comfort in the plans the Lord has for us; He beautifully knit Hudson together and carefully numbered his days. He is in the loving arms of his Heavenly Father.
A private family service will be held.
