Passed away peacefully, with her family at her side at Groves Memorial Community Hospital in Fergus, Ontario. Gwen will be sadly missed by her husband of 49 years, George Morrison Alfred Fisher. Fondly remembered and loved by her children Linda Golightly (Warren), Donna Van Wyck (Larry), Gord (Michelle), Dave (Diane) and Bill (Karen). Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Jessica (Matthew), Kyle, Ethan, Sydney, Aiden, Kelsey, Jamie and Katie. Also remembered by her sisters Mary Banallick, Ruth Parkinson (Harvey) and Meagan Ashbourne (Malcolm). Predeceased by her brother Jack. Friends will be received at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 37 Church St. East in Elora, on July 11th, 2007 from 1-3 & 6-8pm. Funeral Service will be conducted at Elora United Church (across from the Funeral Home) on July 12th 2007 at 11:00am, with interment at the Elora Cemetery.
