Suddenly on Friday, May 20th, 2011, at the age of 54. Loving husband, best friend, partner and soulmate to Barbara (Nee: Wingert). Will be dearly missed by his family in the Azores –his mother Virginia, his brother Jose (Eduarda), sister Santos and nieces Paula and Caty, nephew Andre and their families. Gus will also be missed by his mother-in-law Elizabeth, Gus was predeceased by his father Joao (1999) and by his father-in-law Michael (2005). Always remembered by his brother-in-law James (Linda). Gus was a respected co-worker and cherished friend to many. “There are no words to express my sorrow. Such beautiful times together – so many dreams and plans never realized.
