Peacefully on Thursday May 10, 2012, in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late Michael O. Valeriote (1994). Always remembered by her children Michael (Kay) Valeriote, Paul (Sandra) Valeriote and Cecelia (John) Dill. Missed by her grandchildren Robert (Tracy) Valeriote, Julia (Gary) Galowski, Kristen and Ryan Andrews, as well as her great grandchildren Cheyne Valeriote, Chase Valeriote, Cora Galowski and Scarlett Andrews. Gladys will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her brothers Bill (Gerri) Lachance and John (Norma) Lachance. Predeceased by her parents Archibald and Marion as well as her brother Roland (Lillian) Lachance and sister Clarice (Lin) Carter. Gladys was a French teacher in Acton, GCVI and at Centennial high school. Thank you to the caring people of Riverside Glen and the Guelph General Hospital. Mom was family first. Cremation has taken place, a private family memorial service has been planned. Interment for Michael and Gladys will take place at Marymount cemetery to be held at later date.
