Passed away peacefully at home in Fergus, with a beer by his side and Suki the Siamese on his lap, on May 28th, 2006 in his 79th year. Predeceased by his wife Sydney (2002). Loving father of Cathy Soehner and her husband Brian and beloved grandfather of Jessica, Kristen and Caleigh. Cherished by his sister Bette Haddow. A Celebration of Fred’s life will be conducted at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David St. South in Fergus, on Thursday, June 1st 2006 at 2:00pm, with visitation from 1:30pm.
