Suddenly on Wednesday April 6th, 2005 following a brief illness with her family at her side at the Groves Memorial Community Hospital. Freda Devlin (Boswell) of Elora in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Russ Devlin (1976). Loving mother of Don and his wife Ruby of Guelph, Gary and his wife Janice of Elora and Karen and her husband Tom McManus of Elora. Dearest grandmother of Mark, and Tim McManus, Rodney Devlin, and Kelly Thaler and Great grandmother of Rio, Tegan and Taryn McManus and Alisa, Aaron, and Shaelyn Thaler. Freda is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews and other family. Pre-deceased by brother James Boswell and sisters Olive Walser, Eileen Jackaman and Marjory Giguere. The family will receive their friends at the GRAHAM A. GIDDY FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 37 CHURCH STREET. ELORA. From 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Friday. Funeral service will be held at the St John the Evangelist Anglican Church corner of Smith and Henderson Streets in Elora on Saturday April 9th, 2005 at 11:00 A.M.
