Frances passed away at The Wellington Terrace in Fergus on September 18, 2010, in her 88th year. Frances was born in Sutton, Ontario on November 19, 1921. Predeceased by her husband Earl Phoenix, parents John and Dorothy Doyle and her daughter- in-law Terry Phoenix. Loving Mother of John (Terry), Greg (Betty), Candy (Michael) and Debby (Richard). Will be missed by her sister Betty Willett (Bill) and brother Mel Doyle (Mona), also by her grandchildren Michele, Patrick, Marcie, Dorothy, Earl, Gregory, Rebecca and Christopher, great grand children Jennifer, Ileana, Hayley, Owen, Kayla, David and Olivia. also she was a great grandmother to Josh,Laura,Victoria,William. Frances was loved by many and a generous caring person to all she met. The family wishes to convey their heartfelt appreciation to all of the caring staff at Wellington Terrace Long Term Care home where Frances resided for the past few months.
