Following a brief illness on April 3, 2016, Enid Elizabeth Campbell of Fergus in her 96th year passed away at the Groves Memorial Community Hospital in Fergus. Beloved wife of the late John (Jack) Campbell (1993). Loving mother John K. Campbell and his wife Sandra of Belwood, Henry Campbell and his wife Ingrid of Ajax, Enid Conrick of Fergus. Enid is loved and survived by 12 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Dear mother in law of Mary Campbell of Toronto and Marjorie Campbell of Oshawa. Enid is pre-deceased by two sons Dennis and Ronald, one son in law Richard and 2 grandchildren. Enid Elizabeth Campbell (nee Herckenrath) was born in Montreal in 1920 and emigrated to Scotland in 1925. After spending her youth in Scotland she returned to Canada in 1957 and was employed by the T. Eaton Company in the Toronto area for a number of years. The family will receive their friends at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home and Chapel, 280 St. David St. S. Fergus. From 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Thursday April 7th 2016. Funeral service will be held at the St Andrews Presbyterian Church, 325 St. George St W. Fergus on Friday April 8th 2016 at 2:00 P.M. followed by interment at the Belsyde Cemetery, Fergus.
