Peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home on Friday, October 28th 2005 in her 97th year. Loved wife of the late Harvey Pettit. Dear mother of John Pettit and his wife the Reverend Barbara Pettit of Fergus, and Jane Hollard and her husband Rudy of Windsor; loving grandmother of Andrew Pettit and his wife Susan of Hamilton, Heather Tinker and her husband Simon of Burlington, Stefan Hollard of Windsor and Sarah Hollard of Calgary. Great-grandmother to Turner, Erin and Megan Pettit, James, Adam and Blake Tinker, Robbie Chapman and Reagan Hollard. Also survived by sisters-in-law Jinny Hume of Guelph, Helen Heming of Burlington and Frances Smith of Cambridge and several nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews. Predeceased by brothers James and Oliver Hume.
