Peacefully on Wednesday July 13, 2005 at the Wellington Terrace in Elora Edith McLelland (nee Mavor) formerly of Fergus in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Lewis Pickett and the late Jack McLelland. Loved mother of David and his wife Elsie McLelland of R.R. 2, Mount Forest. Loved Gram of Wendy and her husband Earl of Elora, Sandra and her husband Dave of Toronto and Tracy and her husband Tom of Guelph. Also loved by her two great grandchildren. Edith is also lovingly survived by a number of nieces and nephews and other family members. Pre-deceased by two sisters Mary Rassmussem, Alice Noble and one brother Doug Mavor. The family will receive their friends at the St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church from 10:30 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Friday July 15, 2005 at which time a funeral service will be conducted followed by interment at the Elora Cemetery. Remembrances to the Wellington Terrace would be appreciated by the family.
