Following a lengthy illness on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at the Groves Memorial Community Hospital in Fergus, Dorothy Mackenzie (nee Grieve) of Fergus in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Jim Mackenzie (2003). Loving mother of Mary Mackenzie-Mason of Fergus and Pat Mackenzie of Fergus. Dearest grandmother of James Mackenzie (Shawn) of Fergus and Beckie Mason of Fergus. Loving great grandmother of Avery, Sofie, Angus and Ellie all of Fergus. Dearest sister of Marjorie Heath of Chatham and Mary Croft of Rockwood. Dorothy is survived by sisters in law and brothers in law, nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Pre-deceased by her parents George and Ella Grieve and son in law Mac Mason. The family will receive their friends at the GRAHAM A. GIDDY FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 280 ST. DAVID ST. S. FERGUS.
