In his 86th year, went peacefully to be with his Lord on July 28th, 2013 at Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus. Don was the devoted and beloved husband of Marion and the loving father of Stephen (Rosemary), Kathryn (Paul) and Paul (Holly). He was the cherished grandfather of Ethan, Jessie, Melissa, Amanda, Rebecca, Alexandra and Christina, and the dear brother of Lois Kennedy, Jeanette Taylor and Ken Graham. Don is predeceased by his parents, Elsie and Morgan Graham, and by siblings Eleanor McLean, Jack Graham, Howard Graham, Isabel Beatty and Ruth Oliver, as well as by his infant daughter Janice Don was respected by his extended family and members of the communities of Wellington, Shelburne, Caledon and Fergus who knew him as a teacher, a Gideon, a campground owner and a volunteer. Don loved music and sang with a gospel quartet, The Friendly Four, for 50 years and more recently, The Hilltop Singers of Fergus. He will be greatly missed, for his kindness and caring, his love of life, learning, travel, and nature, and his sense of humour. A visitation will be held at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David Street South, Fergus on Thursday, August 1st, 2013 from 3:00 – 5:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 325 St. George St W.
