It is with sadness that our family announces the loss of our beloved Dave, age 50, on Saturday, January 26, 2008 after a hard eleven month battle with pancreatic cancer. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend Cheryl and was the proud father of Ryan and Drew (Danielle). Dearly loved son of Arthur and Marjorie Leslie and dear brother of Doug (Bridget), John (Rhonda), Russell (Janice), Brenda (Bryce Richardson), Barry (Tammy), Elaine (Brad Landoni), Anne (Larry Dobbie), and Marilyn (Mark Hall). Cherished son in law of Don and Lenore Prickett and dearest brother in law to Dave (Sheila) and Larry. He was the “best uncle ever” to many. Dave was a long time employee of Cooke & Denison, Guelph. Resting at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 280 St. David St.S., Fergus, on Tuesday, January 29th from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 30th at 1pm at Melville United Church, 300 St. Andrew St. Fergus.
