Obituary for Colt William Jones
“A life need not be long-lived for it to have been meaningful”
Baby Boy Colt William Jones born January 10, 2022 3lbs 2oz, passed away peacefully in his parents’ arms at McMaster Children’s Hospital in Hamilton Ontario, on February 22, 2022. Son of Jason and Casey Jones, Colt is preceded in death by his great-grandparents Cecile Rivet and Gordon & Audrey Wright. He is survived by his big brother Jamie and his big sister Adalyn Jones. Grandson to Larry & Sandy Wright and Greg & Nicky Jones. Great grandson to Linda “Grannie Bird” Moore, Fern Rivet, and Carl & Joan Turk. Nephew to Alex Wright (Sean), Jessie Jones (Joe), TJ Jones and cousin to Quinlyn and Charlie. A special thank you to the NICU team at McMaster Children’s Hospital; Dr. Huisman, Dr. Tarnopolsky, Dr. Goswami, Dr. Samiee, Dr Amer, Jennifer Callen, Jessica Coke, Kayla Moss, Malin Kuo and Anna Dyson. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ronald McDonald House Charities South Central Ontario in honour of Colt would be appreciated.
A private celebration of life will be held.
