It is with tremendous sadness that the family announce the peaceful passing of Colleen on April 24th, 2007 at Groves Memorial Community Hospital in Fergus, in her 49th year. Colleen will be greatly missed by her husband Thomas Cafik, her son Philip and her step-daughters Jennifer and Victoria Cafik. Sadly missed by her parents Wilfred and Marie Wise and by Thomas’s parents John and Lois Cafik. Survived by her brothers Ron (Francis), Bryan (Patricia) and Greg (Ann-Louise).
