Condolence: I watched FRIDAY THE 13TH since 11th grade and over 30 years later, I still watch the show in fact I have season 1. Jack as a call him was class, gave the show class, although it scared the s**t out of me. Thanks for the 3 years of great memories and saving the world against cursed objects.

Condolence: I didn't know him personally so i didn't feel right leaving a story but this is much more than an average condolence. I only knew Chris from the tv show "Friday The 13th the series" and for me that show changed the genre. I remember my first time watching it, i regretfully blew it off. Having started the episode at the end and wondering "what the heck is this" but i ended up catching a full episode a few days later and was hooked. The whole cast was great. You could feel the chemistry between Chris John and Robey but even as people left the show Chris continued to be the life blood of it working seemlessly with every other actor. You could tell he was a good man and professional. I still to this day try and get people to watch the show. I think its the best of the genre and still holds up today. I own all episodes on dvd. And that show really changed my life. And Chris is a big part of that so thank you. And i wish the best for his family in this hard time and for the rest of their lives as well.

Condolence: So sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Wiggins. I too first came to "know" Mr. Wiggins as Jack on F13ts. Having lost both my grandfathers either before my birth or as a child, Jack was what I always imagined a great grandfather to be. A wise sage with a kind heart and a keen sense of humor. I can't help but think that Chris' own personality was reflected in the character. He'll be missed, that's for certain. RIP

Condolence: My deepest condolences to his family, fans, and friends. I was a big fan of the 80's series "Friday the 13th", and grew up as a boy watching it. Still to this day I find total enjoyment, interest, and captivation of that remarkable science fiction horror & fantasy series exactly because of the Late Mr. Wiggins playing the role of Jack Marshack. This character was not only extremely likable, he was a heroic, wise, well read, and noble man who acted as an older mentor to the younger characters. It was interesting because I thought the show would be a bad remake of the terrible movie series, but I had been delighted as a youth it turned out to be a totally different story with effective drama & acting because of Mr. Wiggins playing the knowledgable all around good guy. The show simply worked because of Louise Anne Robey and the late Chris Wiggins, they were a joy to watch on tv together. My favorite episodes of the series had been where Mr. Wiggins's character had played the crucial protagonist, hero role in "Night Prey", "The Butcher" where Mr. Wiggins showed us through his acting how Jack's character was a military hero in WW2, "The Prophecies", & my other favorite "Wedding in Black" where they filmed the episode in Toronto's beautiful Casa Loma. He made everything believable, and I had hoped the show lasted another season. He will be dearly missed, and I will always remember his fine work. Wish I could have shook his hand. Rest in Heavenly peace.

Condolence: I am greatly sadden to hear of Chris's passing. Chris was my father in 'Swiss family Robinson'. But in fact, he was more of a father to me in real life. He taught me much about life. Gave me his wisdom and thoughtful direction about so many things I needed at that time in my youth. His impact was immeasurable. Even today, I often think of...what would Chris say?... when facing serious events. His face, his look in his eye, and voice still effect me positively and guide me often. I have not seen Chris for 15 or so years since I moved to Mexico. I offer my condolences to his family. I am sorry for your loss. your uncle Chris was a great man!

Condolence: I am terribly sorry for your loss. I never had the pleasure of meeting Mr Wiggins, but I grew up watching him on Swiss Family Robinson and Friday the 13th: The Series. I had hoped to one day let him know what a big fan I was of his work (even tried to get him invited as a guest to the local sci-fi/fantasy convention to make it happen). I regret that I will never be able to thank him for all the happy childhood memories. He will be very much missed.

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear that Chris has passed. My dad was so deighted to have worked with him at CBC radio and Chris was much admired by my entire family. I loved him in Swiss Family Robinson when I was a kid, and continued to be a great fan as an adult. I even got to do a "gig" with him as a member of the Guelph Concert Band! A true highlight of my time in the band. He is so fondly remembered by so many. I am very fortunate to have known him.
