Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Charlotte Rombough can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 24th, 2018 in her 94th year. She is survived by her 2 children Gail and Lorne, grandchildren Ryan, Jessica (Will Jeffrey), Devin and twins Erin (Dan Henry) and Jody (Ryan Diodati) and great grandchildren Owen, Adrian, Alexis, Max, Quinn, Hayden, Ciaran, Ewan and Rhyse. Survived by her sisters Lois, Mary, Melba and Jessie, her brother Dave (Peg) and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Maynard, son Doug, parents Jessie and Dave Cawthra, 4 brothers, 3 sisters, daughter in law Sharon, 3 sister in laws and 6 brothers in law. Friends will be received at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home – Elora Chapel, 37 Church St. East in Elora, on Wednesday, February 28th, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be conducted at the Elora United Church, 75 Geddes Street in Elora, on Thursday, March 1st, 2018 at 11:00am. Burial will take place at the Elora Cemetery. Memorial donations in Lottie’s memory can be directed to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
