It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Catherine Johnson on May 5th 2005 at the Groves Memorial Community Hospital in her 56th year. Catherine will be greatly missed by her husband of 32 years Richard Johnson. Her children Jeremy, Jennifer and Jillian will lovingly remember Catherine. Memories of Catherine will be shared by her mother Marion Hayes, her brother Brian Johnson (Chris), her sisters Maureen Rozon (Marcel) and Geraldine Kuhn (Richard). Fondly remembered by many extended family members. Catherine's care and influence has touched many people as an employee with the Upper Grand District School Board for 20 years and as a Librarian in Fergus for 5 years. Friends will be received at The Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home and Chapel, 37 Church St. East in Elora on Sunday May 8th 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Memorial Mass will be conducted at St. Mary's Catholic Church on Monday May 9th 2005 at 11:00 AM. Cremation. Private Interment.
