Passed away Wednesday November 16, 2005 at the Groves Memorial Community Hospital in Fergus at the age of 82. Deeply saddened are his devoted wife Joyce (Booth) of 58 years. And his children Dr. Geoffrey )Jane) of Victoria, Jennifer Manitt (Steve) of Montreal, and Andrea Upson (Dan) of Newmarket, daughter in law Helene of Fergus and his cherished grandchildren Chris Manitt (Lauren, Carolyn Coles, Jocelyn Pratt, Christine Pratt, Warren Pratt, Michael Pratt, Taylor Upson, and Madison Upson. Jim is pre-deceased by his son Trevor Pratt, son of the late Clifford and Evelyn Pratt Brother of the late Megan Reilley and Geoffrey Pratt.
