Suddenly following a brief illness on Wed April 7, 2010 at home, with her family by her side. Barb Stewart (nee Linton) of Fergus age 52. Beloved wife and best friend of David. Dearest mother of Kris and his wife Crystal of Fergus, Lindsay and her husband Matt Kirkham of Fergus and Nicole and her husband Josh Cummings of Elora. Loved grandmother of Kori, Ainsley and Hayley. Beloved daughter of Robert and Margaret Linton of Alliston. Loved sister of Ann and David Walker of Burlington, Donna and David Palmer of Cookstown, and Kevin and Andrea Linton of Etobicoke. Barbara is survived by a number of nieces and nephews and other family members. The family will receive their friends at the GRAHAM A. GIDDY FUNERAL HOME and CHAPEL, 280 ST. DAVID ST. S. FERGUS. From 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Friday April 9th. A funeral service will be held at the Melville United Church, corner of St. Andrew St and Tower Street, in Fergus at 11:00 A.M. Saturday April 10th, 2010.
