Mel & Dianne Zahodnik & family of Orangeville, Ontario wish to express their sincere condolences to Ruth his wife and also His children and grandchildren at this time. We got our sons paper from Arthur or we wouldn't have known as we haven't been in contact for many years since we stopped at your door to say hello after your surgery Ruth. I (Dianne) also phoned our mutual friend Marilyn Robitaille at Wasaga Beach to let her know as well. Hugs and prayers to you all. We remember when Alan was involved in both Metro Police Mounted division and also Air Cadets in Shelburne as well. We renewed chats with Alan seeing him at our next door neighbours in Shelburne who was also involved in Air Cadets

My condolences to Al’s beloved Ruth and his family. Al was a strong and vital person who towered over us regular beings. During his retirement years he worked for us and was steadfast and dedicated, a loyal company man, as he’d like to say. Most importantly he was a dear friend. I will miss you Al. My deepest sympathy.
