She leaves her husband Walter Dixon, daughter Marie Dixon and her spouse Andrea McCoy and their son Rowan; daughter Jacqueline Dixon and her son Nathan and daughter Naomie; son Jeremie Dixon and his wife Vicky (nee VanHuisstede) and their son Brodie and daughter Robyn. She also leaves her sister Deborah Douglas and her husband Paul Douglas, her brother Blair Rush and his wife Judy (nee Slater). She will be remembered by Alicia and many nieces and nephews.
Her formidable spirit, passion for family, and sense of humour will be sorely missed by all those who knew her.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and the Funeral Service will be held December 15, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral home, 280 St. David St. South, Fergus.
