The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Marjorie Campbell can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Ann Hughes
Condolence: Orval and family, I am sorry to hear of Marjorie’s passing although I believe she is in better hands now too. It is still difficult when we miss someone here with us in the flesh though. I am grateful for her friendship over the years which mostly developed when we both worked at Homewood Health Center. We often talked of travel and of investments (so that we could travel!) She wanted to see the world as did I. She had met me originally working in my dad’s office and befriended me when she recognized me working on the same unit at Homewood. She had a great respect for my father and his medical/personal skills and I was lucky to have some of that carry over to me. She was SO excited when I had my daughter! The things she said REALLY warmed my heart! She really loved babies and children, didn’t she? She felt they were a blessing and acted that way too. I loved hearing about her gift of writing and how things just came to her day or night and she was compelled to write them down. I believe it was The Spirit working thru her. I believe I still have a couple of her poems. What a warm, gifted, loving, kind, intelligent, and fun person she was!I apologize that I won't be at Marjorie's service but you all will be in my thoughts. Sending prayers to you and all her family over this difficult transition time…Ann Hughes
