Kimbal (Kim) Charles Warner of Fergus passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and close friends, in the Guelph General Hospital on Tuesday, November 10, 2015. He was in his 62nd year. Beloved husband of Anne-they were blessed by 35 years together in marriage. Much loved father of Erich and Melissa Warner of Hanover and Sarah and Dino Reyes of Toronto. Treasured papa of Ethan and Megan Warner. Cherished son of the late Orville and Pamela Warner. Dear brother of Terry Warner and the late Betty Kozley of Richmond, B.C. and Carole and Glenn Millar of Sechelt, B.C. Valued colleague and friend of many. Kim was proud of his accomplishments in a productive and fulfilling 32-year career in Social Services working for the County of Wellington. The family will receive friends at The Graham Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David Street South, Fergus, on Monday, November 16th from 2-4 and 7-9. The funeral service will be held in St. James Anglican Church, 171 Queen Street, Fergus on Tuesday November 17th at 11am followed by a reception in the Butterfly Hall at the church. To honour Kim's work and legacy, donations (in lieu of flowers) to the Welcome In Drop-in Centre in Guelph, the Community Resource Centre (Community Resource Group) in Fergus or St. James Anglican Church (Outreach Program) would be appreciated by the family.
