Condolence: To Elsie's family,

Your Mom was a very gentle lady. She was especially kind and understanding with our mom when they shared accommodations in Apple.
Your mom's passing will definitely leave a gap in the lives of those who knew her. She'll be missed. May there be lots of great memories.

Condolence: To the Dickieson family.
While it's been many, many years since I have seen Elsie, I certainly have not forgotten what a great lady she was. I have to say that as a kid, she was one of a very few adults I wasn't shy to be around, and that's saying something!
Please know that you have my deepest sympathy at this time of sadness and loss. No doubt she was a pillar of the family, just as she was the community at R.R. 7. May she rest in peace.

Condolence: We will miss seeing our "Dear Elsie”at Wellington Terrace.
Elsie & Geordie were long-time friends of my parents, Gerry & Doreen.
We were all so happy when she came to live on Birchdale; the same floor as Mom. We'll miss seeing Elsie making her way down the hallway in her wheelchair, using the handrails all on her own, sitting in the dining room; eagerly waiting to enjoy her meal, doing a puzzle in the lounge, having coffee with her, visiting in Mom's room or in her cozy room that was home to Elsie for the last few years! Elsie was such a loving person! She always made me feel so good just to be around her....she radiated such warmth & sincerity. I can only dream of being just like her! Elsie was one of a kind! We will all miss her terribly! I am so happy to have known such a remarkable lady & I will miss her soft gentle voice, but I will always hear it. I know Mom & Dad will miss their dear friend a great deal & I know Mom will miss Elsie's sweet, soft hand caresses that she always gave her!
Rest In Peace “Dear Sweet Elsie”......Now you are with your beloved George.
I bet you’re both playing Euchre right now & loving every minute of it! ‘o) Warmly....Lorna
