Passed away peacefully on January 19, 2015 at Wellington Terrace in her 81st year of life. She will be sadly missed by her husband, Kenneth Fell, her son and his wife, Garry and Wendy Mudd, her daughter and her husband, Joanne Mudd and Frank Cairns, her brother and his wife, Peter and Pam Stannard and her brother, Brian Stannard, and Jennifer, her grandchildren and their spouses, Christopher Mudd and Melissa Gagnon, and Matthew Mudd and Kerri Lowes, and great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by her many friends. We, Julie’s family, would like to thank the staff of Wellington Terrace for their wonderful care. At this time there will not be a service. We will be holding a Celebration of Life for Julie closer to her birthday, in July, date and location to be announced.
