We will miss the visits and all the great stories he loved telling, but he is now with the Lord he loved and is free from any pain or other physical hindrances. What more can we want for him. Condolence: I am sorry for the loss of your Dad. He was a good man. I had a lot of fun and have many good memories of going to Grandpas cottage and being at the house with Uncle Dave and family.
I remember being at the cottage one year and Uncle Dave had a broken leg. He really wanted to get into the lake anyways and wasn't going to let a broken leg stop him. So he wrapped the cast in a garbage bag. And out he went on the lake sitting on an inner tube.
